• Forging

Thanks to Schuler 5-station automatic forging line, residual heat quenching and tempering lines, we are capable to forge all parts in-house and monitor the quality.

• Heat Treatment

The main process parameters including temperature gradients, time,temperatures and chemical composition are constantly monitored by computer systems guaranteed the highest quality heat treatment standards.

• Automated Assembly

Fully automated assembly processes including wrist robots, gantry robots, and hydraulic handlers with self-learning capabilities and stacker cranes for handling pallets ensured perfect manufacturing and higher product quality.

• Strict Quality Inspection

Implement "0 defect" quality standard by adapting more than 90 sets of the advanced testing instrument like3-coordinate measuring machines, end quenching tester and profilometers to ensure the 0 defect materials and finished products.ator
